Our technical support team specializes in Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Windows 2000 Windows XP and Mac OS.
If you have chosen to setup your own computer, we will provide you with FREE telephone technical support.
If you have chosen to have our technicians setup your computer, there will be a charge for us to come to your home or place of business. Because of the nature of computers, we cannot guarantee that you will not have any problems with your hardware or software in the future in which case you may need technical support. We also are not responsible for any damages to your computer. Our fees for this service are detailed below.

OnSite Software Setup by appointment only : $55.00
OnSite Technical Support: $65.00 per hour*
*does not include labor or parts should a system problem arise.
