The following services allow you to bring your Internet server into our office for connection to our state-of-the-art secure network.  No more worrying about high-cost phone lines or securing your network.  Leave that to us.

Our Co-Location Packages come with the following features:

1. Reliability is guaranteed with 24 hour/365 days a year monitoring
2. Top Speed is guaranteed with a T1 direct connection to the backbone and a direct connection to our 100BaseT Ethernet Network.
3. Full Access: You will be allowed physical access to your server 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 
4. Power Protection: UPS Systems can be purchased separately for your server to reduce the possible effects of power spikes.
5. Extended Emergency Paging Server: EagleNet's normal business hours are 8am to 5pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday during which 800# service is free.  Outside of these hours, customer has access to an emergency pager number.  The server must be down and inaccessible to qualify as an emergency.  In an emergency after hours, customer may page an EagleNet system administrator who will work to bring the server back up and online.  This "outside of normal business hours" service will be billed to the customer at a rate of $75 per hour.
6. Full backup administration:  (the customer must provided a tape drive to take advantage of this feature) EagleNet will maintain and rotate daily tape backups on the server.  Customer will apply, or pay for, the tapes needed for server backup.   EagleNet will mail the monthly full backups to the customer for off-site storage if requested by the customer for an additional fee.
7. System Monitoring: Your server will be added to our network of systems which are constantly monitored for failures.  If a software or hardware failure is detected, an EagleNet administrator will be paged so the problem can be resolved in a timely fashion.
8. Up to 128 IP Addresses: are included with the monthly cost of your server.   Additional IP's can be purchased separately. 
9. Domain Name Hosting for two domains are included in your monthly cost.

Notes: Customers are responsible for the entire configuration of their server.   Our networking professionals can provide assistance at a cost of  $75 per hour.  

*Unrestricted bandwidth means no bandwidth limitation is imposed by the server beyond the physical limitations of our T1 line.  However, if a server's traffic is extraordinarily high, an appropriate surcharge may be imposed, or dedicated T1 service is available.
